The TEXAS WEATHER INSTRUMENTS' team 
supplies the solutions for clients' unique weather applications.

NEW YORK CITY uses a WWRL-32 Wireless Weather Station at Ground Zero to get critical weather information to their command post. Article in USA Today

The WEATHER CHANNEL selected the WR-25 Weather Report to supply the real-time weather data to their affiliates with Weather Star equipment. The WR-25 supplies the link to scroll local weather across Cable Channel Weather screen. 
 
The FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION uses custom designed Rack Mounted WPS-10 Weather Processing Systems to supplement WAAS sites across the nation. The Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) enhances GPS signals for aircraft approaches. 
 
CHELSEA SOFTWARE, IVR integrates either the WR-25 Weather Report or the WPS-10 Weather Processing System with their Community Information and Bank Access Services software. Real-time community weather contributes to their large call count. 
 
The OREGON DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT) installed a network of WPS-128 Weather Processing Systems with Wetness Sensors to monitor real-time road conditions at mountain passes. 
 
WASTE MANAGEMENT INC., in compliance with EPA regulations, utilizes a network of WR-25 Weather Reports at their sanitary landfills in the Dallas/FT. Worth area. 
 
ELLIS BROTHERS PECANS eliminate a 100 mile drive every day with their network of WPS-10 Weather Processing Systems. Each WPS-10 is equipped with our IO board and a phone modem. Weather and irrigation equipment conditions are monitored and irrigation pumps are controlled through the IO board. 
 
NUTRILITE PRODUCTS INC. chose the WR-25S Weather Report with Solar Radiation and the WeatherView 32 software. The system collects and monitors solar, rainfall, air and soil temperature data at fields in the United States, Puerto Rico and Mexico. 
 
New England Power uses a network of WRL-32 Weather Report Loggers to monitor the weather in their service area to better predict the power needs of their customers. 
 
ESPN displays on screen real-time wind direction and speed information during punts and kickoff returns for all of their collegiate broadcasts using our 1-Wire Wind Sensor Package.
 
DISPLAY SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, uses our WRL-25 when they supply graphical software that displays real time weather to cable companies throughout North America.
 
OPTIMAL SYSTEMS, an Oklahoma company who specializes in road bridge anti-icing systems, uses our WPS data logger to control the anti-icing equipment.
