Use a communication program set at 19.2 baud , 8,N,1

Set Weather Report at 19.2 baud

Hardware Configuration

Standard AT modem cable (DB9 female to DB25 male) except pin 6 (DSR) from the cable DB25 must go to pin 8 (DCD) on the modem. Pin 8 (DCD) on the cable DB25 is open and pin 6 (DSR) on the modem is open.
