Pricing
Online pricing specifications and availability:
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change
without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market,
descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical,
photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to
correction.
Although Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail,
TWI may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order
confirmation or response e-mail but prior to shipment due to errors, changing
market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical
errors, or any other reason.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval
before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have
your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to
prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your
order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance.
Warranties
Limited Warranties
TWI does not warrant other manufacturers products sold online. The products are
backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only.
Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information.
Online Return Policy
For items purchased from Texas Weather Instruments, Inc.
Purchases can be returned for refund within 30 days from date of invoice. Most
items purchased online can be returned to TWI. Opened software may ONLY be
exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for refund. Please
note that freight charges will not be refunded for online purchases returned.
Some items must be returned using the RMA Return Policy listed below. Please
call to determine return procedures for your purchase. All items must be
accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original,
undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days.
An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened
item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item (fee
not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of
refund or exchange.
TWI will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from
the packaging.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original
credit card used at the time of sale.
Special Order Return Policy

Opened software and graphics may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and

RMA Return Policy
For online purchases:
Contact us at 214-368-7116 to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and
details including shipping address and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 10
days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA
number.
· To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping
and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and
with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these
conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
· An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any
opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item
(fee not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the
time of refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

· Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
All returns must be shipped prepaid.

TWI HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE. This disclaimer in no way affects the term of
any manufacturers warranty. TWI retains the title to purchased goods until the
purchaser pays for goods in full.

LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH

LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY TWI. SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF
SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF
LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS
AGREEMENT.
